Our Story
Having experienced the waste of poor resource management in project-based organisations Alex James looked deeply at the essence of effort.
From this the 'Effort Management Theorem' was born. A new way to understand and balance how many people an organisation will need, have, and use.
Effort management principles are universally applicable to all industry sectors that have constrainted workforces.
